2027 LHON Conference in San Diego, California

Overview
We are excited to welcome LHON families, friends, and supporters to register for the 2027 LHON Conference! The conference kicks off on Friday, April 30, at 6 pm with a Welcome Reception. Saturday, May 1, includes a full day of informative sessions and roundtable discussions. Sunday, May 2, features a half day of sessions and discussions, concluding at 12:30 pm. While the conference officially ends on Sunday afternoon, many attendees traditionally stay one more night to continue connecting with new and old friends. The hotel offers a comfortable pool area and spacious lounge, providing the perfect setting for the conversations and connections that make our LHON community so special.

Register NOW at the Early Bird Rate of $225 per person through December 31, 2026! The rate will increase to $250 from January 1, 2027 through March 31, 2027. The Late Rate of $275 will be in effect from April 1, 2027 through the event.
Hotel Reservations
The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Mission Valley. The group rate is $219 per night, plus fees and taxes. We expect all rooms in the LHON Conference room block will be booked, so we encourage you to make your hotel reservation NOW. If space is available, this rate extends three days before and three days after the conference, giving you the opportunity to extend your conference trip into a San Diego vacation. While the cutoff date for this room rate is April 9, 2027, we expect the room block to fill well before then.
